This Glue-U kneading pad is very easy to use. Simply take equal amounts of component A and component B and knead evenly. Then shape it into the desired form.

As the pad is silicone-based, it does not stick to the hoof by itself. For this reason, mesh (a grid) or shupads must be used to make the pad stick to the hoof. To do this, cut the mesh to fit the size of the hoof, apply the pad to the hoof, place the mesh on top and place the Hoofstar Rally on top, which is then glued in place.

The 2 components provide a total of 1.3 kilos of padding to work with. As a result, this pad is significantly cheaper than a pad for lace-in.

Mesh for shoe pads

Mesh is used to integrate a pad into an glue-on horseshoe. The mesh ensures that the pad remains on the hoof. Application: Cut mesh to the size of the glue-on shoe and put it in the glue-on shoe, then glue it on. After the glue-on shoe has cured, insert the pad. Mesh can be used for Glue-u Shufill, but also for other pads, for example from Luvex. Size: 0,5 x 0,2 m

Glue one shoe RALLY

Hoofstar Rally has got an update with the version 2019. This shoe can be mounted with Glue-U Shufit (acrylic adhesive). This gives you more time for gluing the shoes, as the glue is curing slower. On the other hand, the adhesive shoeing lasts much longer on the hoof. Rally version 2019 is available in 6 sizes from 80 mm hoof width (size 9) to 150 mm hoof width (size 15). You can find a size table on the last picture. An instruction how to glue the Hoofstar version 2019 you can find here. A video of how to insert the new bridges can be found here. The hoof protection is delivered as a set of 2 (1 pair).
