Prices, shipping costs and delivery information
The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components.
We deliver worldwide.
In addition to the prices quoted, we charge a flat-rate delivery charge of 5.50 euros for delivery within Germany (excluding German islands).
For delivery to German islands, the flat-rate delivery charge is 14 euros. The island surcharge applies to the following postcodes: Hiddensee: 18565, North Frisian Islands: 25849, 25859, 25863, 25869, 25938, 25946, 25980, 25992, 25996-25999, East Frisian Islands: 26465, 26474, 26486, 26548, 26571, 26579, 26757, Helgoland: 27498, Neuwerk: 27499, Chiemsee: 8325627498.
The shipping costs are displayed clearly in the shopping basket system and on the order page.
The flat-rate shipping costs include the statutory VAT. As the VAT on the flat-rate shipping costs is calculated depending on the goods purchased, it may be reduced if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates (e.g. when purchasing books). This means that the flat-rate shipping fee can only be finalised during the ordering process. However, it cannot be increased, but only reduced in your favour.
Outside Germany, the following flat-rate shipping costs apply:
- Österreich: 10 Euro
- Schweiz: 36 Euro
- Portugal: 18 Euro
- Belgien, Dänemark, Frankreich, Luxemburg, Monaco, Niederlande: 10 Euro
- Italien, Polen, Schweden, Slowakei, Slowenien, Ungarn, Vereinigtes Königreich: 12 Euro
- Spanien: 14 Euro
- Bulgarien, Estland, Finnland, Griechenland, Irland, Island, Kroatien, Lettland, Litauen, Moldawien: 17 Euro
- Israel, Russland, Türkei: 34 Euro
- All other countries: 45 Euro
- There are no shipping costs for digital content (e-books, software, etc.).
