You are not sure whether the SWIFT really fits your horse and want to test the shoe properly in cross-country? We now offer you test shoes that you can test the Hoofstar Swift.
What is the testing procedure?
1. Find the right size
Measure the widest part of the hoof, preferably directly after hoof treatment or a week later at the most, and use our size chart as a guide.
Note that for more round hooves, only the width is important. For longer or oval hooves, the length also plays a role. It is important that the length is measured to the end of the bearing edge of the hoof.
If you are not sure about the size, please send us one or more photos of the hoof with the length and width measured with a folding rule. Our team will be happy to advise you.

2. Test phase
After receiving the test shoes, you have a maximum of 30 days for the detailed test.
3. Return
Within Germany: If you would like to return the test shoes, create a return label via our returns portal (you will receive the link by email) and send the cleaned hoof boots back to us.
Outside of Germany: You send the test shoes back to us at your own expense. Please bear this in mind before placing your order.
4. Charges for testing
If returned within the 30 days, a rental fee of 35 euros will be charged. The deposit will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the returned test shoes, minus the rental fee. If you let the 30-day period expire, you keep the test shoes and no further action is required. Please note that the trial fee will apply even if you have ordered the wrong size. In this case, please return the shoes and re-order the correct size.
The trial fee is always per pair of shoes. If you order two pairs of test shoes, you will be charged once for each pair.
We reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of 10 euros for insufficiently cleaned test shoes.
5. Fairness
We ask you to treat the test shoes with care. If the shoes show above-average signs of wear or are damaged, we reserve the right to charge a higher rental fee.
6. New order
If you decide to order a new SWIFT, we will credit 20 EURO to your new order. We will send you a voucher code for the new SWIFT.
CAUTION
We do not send new SWIFT shoes, but already used ones, i.e. the shoes may show signs of wear, but are still perfect for testing the size and fit of the shoes on the horse. If all test shoes are currently on loan, the delivery time may be longer.
A maximum of two test pairs can be ordered at the same time.
The test opportunity only applies to B2C customers. Unfortunately, commercial customers (B2B) cannot return the shoes.
