Shupads are the basis for silicones and pads. The pads are supplied as a pack of 2 in the size of 15 x 15.5 cm and can be very easily cut to the correct hoof size with scissors or a nipper. The high quality urethane material ensures that the hoof mechanism is not restricted and keeps the pad in position.
Experience shows that Glue-U Shupads are extra durable. Each Shupad is equipped with self-closing injection holes. This makes it easy to inject a liquid cushion into the shoe.
The Shupads can also be used to create a floating toe by cutting out the toe and inserting it into the Hoofstar Rally.

Glue-u Shupack (formerly Shufill Cushion) is a resilient hoof cushion in the hardness grades Soft (Shore hardness A30) and Medium (Shore hardness A50). With a capacity of 250 ml, the cartridges fit into any standard silicone applicator gun. The hoof pad provides support, protection and cushioning for the hoof sole. In the case of laminitis, the pad can be filled up to the ground. The use of a net (mesh net) is not essential, but recommended. This is also available in our shop. Shufill needs about 2 minutes to cure, the initial curing time (open time) is 35 seconds. The glue-u Shufill pad can be used with all Hoofstar glue fittings. Mixing tips must be ordered for separately (not included). The pads can be used with standard silicone dispense gun or in the Shubond dispensing gun. This Glue-U kneading pad is very easy to use. Simply take equal amounts of component A and component B and knead evenly. Then shape it into the desired form. As the pad is silicone-based, it does not stick to the hoof by itself. For this reason, mesh (a grid) or shupads must be used to make the pad stick to the hoof. To do this, cut the mesh to fit the size of the hoof, apply the pad to the hoof, place the mesh on top and place the Hoofstar Rally on top, which is then glued in place. The 2 components provide a total of 1.3 kilos of padding to work with. As a result, this pad is significantly cheaper than a pad for lace-in.
