Montage – kurz & klar

Huf vorbereiten: Klebeflächen gründlich mit der feinen Raspelseite anrauen; Huf muss sauber, trocken, nicht geölt und nicht entfettet sein. Nach dem Anrauen nicht mehr mit bloßen Händen berühren.

RUNA einstellen & fixieren: Verzahnung einklicken, mit Schrauben gegen Verstellen sichern.

Laschen kleben: Laschen einzeln abspreizen, Kleber auftragen, 5–10 Sek. andrücken; danach Überstände sauber verrunden/kürzen.
Tipp: Für zusätzliche Traktion Widia-Stifte einschrauben (bis zu 6 pro Huf). Bei Hinterhufen & im Herdenbetrieb mit Bedacht einsetzen (Verletzungsrisiko). Nicht für häufiges Ein-/Ausschrauben gedacht.
Warum Klebebeschläge?
Kunststoff-Klebebeschläge sind leicht, stoßdämpfend und laufen sich nahezu wie barhuf. Sie sind eine hervorragende Alternative, wenn Nageln nicht gewünscht ist oder Hufschuhe an Grenzen stoßen.

Snow Grip for Hoofstar RUNA Everything for secure footing in winter: The Snow Grip for Hoofstar RUNA is inserted into the RUNA glue-on shoe and reliably prevents snow and mud from “balling up” in the open sole. This keeps the tread surface clear – your horse has noticeably better traction in slush, on wet grass, and on frozen ground. Hoofstar RUNA wedges – insert for the glue-on shoe (therapeutic, 1–5°) Precision wedges for angle adjustment in the RUNA glue-on shoe. The inserts are sold individually per shoe – so you can use different heights on the left and right when this makes therapeutic sense. Developed exclusively for RUNA (not compatible with other Hoofstar glue-on products). Use & benefits Wedges can – in consultation with your veterinarian and a professional hoof care provider – help to fine-tune the hoof angle, temporarily relieve the heels and optimise breakover. This can be useful, for example, for temporary corrections of toe/heel alignment, during rehabilitation or for fine balance adjustment of individual hooves. Important notes Therapeutic product: use only by professional hoof trimmers/farriers or where a veterinarian recommends the use of a wedge. Compatibility: exclusively for Hoofstar RUNA. Power at the hoof: The red/orange duo stands for forward drive and presence – perfect for training, trail rides, and competitions. Elegance meets simplicity: RUNA arrives ready to use. In just a few minutes you adjust it – without tinkering, without tech stress, and without any crafts background. Quick to glue: Apply super glue thinly, press each tab evenly for 5–10 sec. – done. Secure hold: On degreased, dry, freshly roughened horn, the glue-on shoe holds reliably. Made in Germany: Developed and produced in Nordfriesland – made locally, shipped directly. Application in 4 steps (RUNA glue-on horseshoe) Adjust: Set the RUNA glue-on horseshoe to the hoof width and lock it in place (simple screw click system). Roughen: Carefully roughen the hoof wall with the fine side of the rasp (remove patina/dirt). Degrease: Clean with an alcohol wipe (included in the starter set) and let it evaporate briefly. After that, do not touch with bare hands. Glue: Apply super glue thinly to each tab, press 10 sec. per tab. Let it cure briefly – and you’re ready to go. Good to know Limited Edition: available only while supplies last. Repairable: With the RUNA Repair Kit, the inner liner can be replaced if needed – remove/file off old glue residue beforehand.
