§ 1 Scope & Provider
(1) These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “GTC”) apply to all orders you place in the online shop of Hoofstar, Owner Vladimir Joffe, Mirebüll 3, 25858 Högel (hereinafter “Seller” or “we”).
(2) The goods offered in our online shop are **exclusively directed to entrepreneurs** within the meaning of § 14 para. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB) who have reached the age of 18 (**B2B shop**). Orders by consumers (§ 13 BGB) are excluded. We reserve the right to request a suitable proof of entrepreneurial status (e.g. VAT‑ID, commercial register excerpt) and to reject accounts/orders if doubts exist.
(3) Our deliveries, services and offers are exclusively based on these GTC. They shall also apply to entrepreneurs for all future business relationships, without our having to refer to them again. **Conflicting or differing terms of the customer** are not recognized; they are hereby contradicted.
(4) The contract language is **German** exclusively.
(5) You can retrieve and print the **current version** of these GTC from our website.
